We're going on the Dawn in October for a full transit. Reading David McCullough's Path Between the Seas, the first 400 pages were kind of slow but the last 200 pages are going fast. Building the canal was a mammoth undertaking, as was overcoming malaria and yellow fever.I've not got a very good record of posting reviews but I'll try to do one this time, cowtec. We haven't been on this class ship and it'll take my husband a couple of days to get over what I call "culture shock." He has gone along with the malaria drug so far though--recommended by CDC for people spending some pre-cruise time in Mexico.Whatever you choose, tia, enjoy your cruise.Pat
