I like MSc but have heard terrible things about their pre cruise service, for almost all other cruises I deal directly with the cruise line for MSc we make sure we deal with them via a travel agent . I would talk to them when on board and they may be able to help . I think MSc YC is a good deal . Sorry for your problems.
