I am booked on Norwegian Sea on sept 22nd and have been calling NCL with the same question. I have been told there is laundry servic only. No irons available either.
I clled about that today. it may be the same on their other ships. I fyou call them at 1-800-327-7030 they will advise you.

No laundromats, but if you have an overwhelming urge to "Go domestic" after paying all that money to take a holiday, ask the F&B Manager how much he will charge you to wash dishes for a day or two. Shouldn`t be too expensive.
And ot think it was only a few years ago that passengers boarded a ship, asking me to take care of their furs during the trip.

None of the NCL ships have self-serve laundry rooms for passengers.
