I WAS TOLD TODAY JULY 23,93 THAT OUR VACATION WAS CANCELLED AND I HAD BOOKED AIR FARE FOR OUR DAUGHTER TO COME N.Y. TO FLA. NCL DID NOT COMPENSATE US NOR WILL THEY .THEY SAID ,THEY WILL NOT UPGRADE OUR RESERVATION TO ANOTHER SHIP IN THEIR FLEET WHICH I HOPED THEY WOULD DO.  THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE GOING RATE FOR THE NOREWEIGN SUN WHICH SAILS THE SAME DAY AS MY SCHEDULED VACATION WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL FOR 6 MONTHS.  ALTHOUGH OUR TRAVEL AGENT DID SAY SHE WOULD CALL ME AND TRY TO HELP US FIND SOMETHING REASONABLE RATE NCL WAS NOT HELPFUL I WOULD CERTAINLY THINK BEFORE I SCHEDULED  A VACATION ON NCL.   I KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE RECIEVED FULL FARE VOUCHERS FOR MUCH  LESS THAN  OUR PROBLE M  ON  OTHER CRUISE LINES, ALL I ASKED FOR WAS TO SUBSTITUTE A SHIP UPGRADGE FOR THE SAME MONIES  GRANTED IT IS A MORE EXPENSIVE CRUISE RATE, BUT I DID NOT CANCEL, THEY DID ,AND I FEEL MY FAMILLY AND I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED.  I WROTE THEM TWO LETTTERS WITH NO WRITTEN REPLY. SO MIKE DO NOT EXPECT A LETTER OR ANY REPLY.  I CALLED THE CEO OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE MY FAMILLY
