Aaron, from what my TA has told me and from the other cruise boards most travel agencies got faxes immediately with all the details. I don't know who's responsibity it would be to keep up with the bulletins, but when I was an agent we all got copies to this type of info on a regular basis. As for the 25% discount vouchers, again my understanding is they were going out separate from the refunds. Who knows why you haven't gotten your refund. it seems almost everyone received them by last Friday. The rumor is the last ones went out on Wedesday. Hopefully you will get yours tomorrow. I am also wondering why your TA got no info on the refunds and vouchers when the information was on about all the websites, the radio and the newspapers. guess some times things just seem to slip right though the holes.
