We were booked on the August 3rd sailing of the Norway and have had little luck getting information from NCL regarding the logistics of the refund process. We are not in a rush, but would like to have a bit more information on what to expect and when to expect it.

Has anyone who was booked on July or August sailings gotten specific information regarding the process?

Have any of you actually received your refunds yet?

Any information is appreciated!
