We arrived by bus and found NCL and the Port of NYC incredibly efficient. We were told that for $2.00 per person (a longshoreman boarded bus) that our luggage would be taken care of and next we would see it would be outside our room. The NCL rep was wonderful, upon entering the pier (by elevator) the Lattitudes line had one other person, our papers were processed and we were on board within minutes. Since I cruise normally from Boston and I thought their system was efficent, but I was overwhelmed with the NCL and the pier efficiency.. Disembarking was just as easy..upon picking out our luggage the gentleman made sure we got to the right bus..incredible.
