Don't know about the early check-in. But the noise above the casino shouldn't be noticeable at all. The casino is not that noisy during it busiest times. Our room was right next to the pool on Lido deck and when the band was out there, it was not loud at all.I know you can request what time you eat dinner, we switched from early to late. But what dining room? I'm not so sure. Just curious, but both dining rooms are the same, why do you prefer to be in one over the other?
