There is ni rooler blade track on the Legend, so no roller blading. Your cell phone might work in some of the ports as does my sprint phone.But you need to call Verizon and check on your plan and to see if you have service in these ports and if they do does your l pan cover them. Usually only US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico but Sprint has been adding towers in Mexico and a few other Islands,but in the new ports we will have to pay a roaming charge.As far as how long they will work,not long after the ship leaves port as there are no towers in the ocean to get a signal from.Laurie :wave
