I agree with many of you. We're not fans of "anytime dining." Tried NCL's Freestyle Dining in 2008 on the Gem and didn't like it at all. Not only do you not get acquainted with table mates, but a solid relationship with the wait staff is never established. The Gem's attitude was a tad snooty on occasion as well, and more than half the restaurants had fees.
