We had a balcony on our first cruise on the Conquest. We did spend some time out there, but not enough to justify the extra expense. So on our 2nd cruise this year we opted for an oceanview. We decided that we would rather be able to cruise more often. And without the balcony we would be much more likely to go topside and mingle more.
