My mom and one of her friends are looking to go on an Alaskan Cruise this summer. Neither has cruised before. While not quite little old ladies, both are over 65, short and not very adventurous. That said, they love meeting new people and will talk off both your ears if you let them. They want to do a land cruise tour. Mom is claustrophobic, so a balcony cabin is a must. So I need:

1)Cruise line recommendations

2)Ship recommendations

3)Cruise first or Land Tour first
