torontoThe fitness center was good sized-not huge, but enough room to move around in. It had free weights, universal, treadmill, stairclimber, bike - that's all I can really remember. The classes they offered were different every day. They had aerobics, cardio kick boxing, muscle toning, abs and yoga. There's also different tournaments - basketball, volleyball, table tennis. Every evening, they had a walk a mile. I don't remember what the fitness center hours were, but they were open pretty late - maybe even 24hrs? Not sure.By the shore excursion desk, they have a flyer that lists all the sports activities for the week and details about the gym.Hope that helps!
