My husband and I just got back from a cruise on the Wind. We had a great time, but luxury liner this is not. The food is okay and the service is hit and miss. Out of the 7 dinners, we had a not-so-pleasant waiter on 2. There is sometimes a wait to be seated in the main dining room (sometimes up to 45 minutes if you're eating between 6-7), but we're late eaters anyways and after 7:30 there isn't much of a wait (maybe 5 min). Most of the time we ate at the Italian restaurant which took reservations. Our room steward was great - very friendly and helpfull. The dive-in instructors were also great.But, we went on the cruise to visit the ports (Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize, Cozumel), the cruise was just a way for us to get there. We didn't let anyhing bother us and for the price we paid for the cruise, we had a pretty AMAZING time.
