I decided to just go to the source and call NCL and asking about the refillable kid's cup for soda, and the soda card.  I wanted to know if juice was included.

I was informed by the representative that all juice on the ship is free, and that there are five types.  This will make "Oliver" so happy.  We don't want to get him a soda card, since he doesn't drink the stuff.
