Nita, this is just another reason for me not to cruise NCL. Wasn't the point of the service fee on POA that the crew had salaries good enough where they didn't need tips? So is NCL giving salary raises to crew on all their other shios? I think not. sad but true...i think this is just ncl pocketing more money
