We just cruised on the Dawn to Eastern Caribbean. Most of the info will probably apply.Do expect a beautiful, clean ship; excellent room stewards; very good entertainment; good food at Cagney's, Le Bistro, and surprisingly the Garden Cafe (buffet); no long lines anywhere. Do NOT expect consistent main dining room service; good quality of food overall, good sized appetizers; fresh desserts; good service at Salsa or La Trattoria.We live in Hershey, PA, so we're not too haughty about decent food, but the quality of entrees in the main dining rooms was not up to par with NCL or Carnival. Fancy names disguised common dishes.We enjoyed the freestyle dining concept, but the service was consistently spotty!If you drink, the alcohol content of the cocktails was surprisingly good. Stay away from the drinks in souvenir glasses. Overpriced!
