We are visiting Nassau in December, my son and I and are thinking of taking the following excursions:

Historic Harbor Cruise and Atlantis Beach Break
Blackbeard's Cay Beach Break
Crystal Palace Beach Day
Seaworld Explorer

We like to take the excursions given by the ship because I am unsure of myself in foreign places and want to assure myself I will be back to the boat on time. Have any of you ever taken any of these excursions and if so what is your opinion of them?

We would really like the Atlantis excursion but I have heard there is a LOT of walking involved. Is it SO much walking that it would wear someone out? I am disabled and can get around somewhat but cannot walk for miles and miles and miles.....
