Ye s, I be;ieve it would cause a delay.... especially with customs etc..... Double check with the cruise agency Directly.... not just your own agent ....HAve then fax you verification of what they tell you and take it with you.... make sure you get the persons name and work identification number so they cannot act like they know nothing at all when approached... It is always better to be safe then sorry...deb
