You may check with Carnival yourself. NOW, they have the late nite bistro where one serving line is open in the Lido buffet each evening. And on western Caribbean sailings, the have the Mexican Buffet one night [leaving Cozumel] on the Lido deck by the pool. But no elaborate displays and carvings there, just a deck party with food. They may have it on eastern Caribbean cruises too.It is 2 years or less since they went from nightly Gala Midnight Buffets to just the one. Now in just the last month or two, that has gone away too. So "The Big Waste" is gone, for the hungry, there is the bistro buffet at 11:30 and room service sandwiches, no charge. [tip]
