Mojo2Rusty did a good job at explaining it. That's the big Grand Gala Buffet and they do a nice job. There are some fancier items and cold fish on the buffet too that most people don't touch. I usually go for the fancy cheeses and desserts. Also Carnival opens up a late night buffet for a few hours each night. This usually opens around 11pm and features an array of cookies, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, and some other specialty items just in case you get that midnight craving on a night other than the Grand Gala Buffet night. One last thing, if you are on the right ship at the right time, Carnival has a Chocolate Buffet featuring everything chocolate including a huge chocolate fountain. Don't miss it!
