Thanks for your advice.  We have decided to stay with the Mercury.  The writer of another board told us that Celebrity has no children programs during the off peak months.  We called the cruise line and they told us that was not true.  They do scale them back depending on the amont to children aboard.  And it is true that what ever ship we travel onin Jan. there will be fewer kids on board.  Who cares that there will be more seniors than younger couples. It was just the same on the Ms. Paradise. My boys are well behaved and this is their fith cruise and our seventh.
