specialty rest.no, the mr does not have specialty rest. that is on the newer celeb ships.and yes the times included are done in the appropriate shore times.and yes they do adjust the clocks to reflect the time zone your in at that time.even though the mr does not have alt dining rest, the island grill is really good. it is the causal sit down service.and their is no fee except for the 2pp mentioned above, and i must agree the 4pm tea is classic.
