Well I know what it is to love breads!  But seriously, after the first two weeks of giving up the empty carbs (white flour, sugar, noodles, etc.) the cravings went away!  Now the low-carb breads they've come out with aren't bad, and I do have those occasionally.  Today for my birthday my neighbor came over with homemade FUDGE!  (I nibbled a tiny corner.)  My son says it's the best fudge ever, and six months ago I would have agreed.  Heck, I would have had that plate gone!  But sweets no longer hold me in bondage.   Anyway, I know it's not for anyone.  But it has helped me lose weight and feel a lot better.  This way of eating will get me to my goal weight long before the cruise.
