Thanks for the replies, seamom and BSeabob.  Early dining is too early for us and late dining is too late for us.  We hope to keep is loose and go when we want to go, depending on how our schedule goes for the day.  This cruise is 35 nights, so lots of ports and multiple excursions already booked.  We might need to just be content to sit wherever there is a table for two and see how it goes.
