On all the ships that we have been on over the last few months -- the Lido dinner has been from 5:30 - 8 PM -- and everything is now ALL buffet. And I have heard a lot of complaints about the food not being hot -- being mushy -- and no trays to get everything back to the table. The open dining feature on the lower level of the dining room is from 5:15 - 9 PM. You can make reservations for 2 days at a time.
