Le Cirque
I don’t know how many of you watch the Food Network, but Ann Burrell does some shows where a restaurant needs to either get a new chef or a chef for another restaurant that they are opening up -- Chef Wanted. Last week the show was at Le Cirque in New York and 4 chefs were trying out for the new restaurant Circo located in Abu Dhabi.
The show starts out with 4 chefs. The last 2 chefs have to do a complete evening service. It was interesting to see the same dishes and menus as Le Cirque has on the ships.
It was interesting that Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian started out at Le Cirque 30 years ago.
It is called “Showdown at Le Cirque†if you want to see the show -- I don’t know when it will be repeated.
