Last line of posts only half visible. Why?

When I read posts, why is the last line of every post only half there? Not as in half a sentence, but only the top half of the letters on the whole last line is visible.

I have also and just figured I didn't have my screen dialed in correctly. It isn't on all posts just some.

I have seen that also - - seems to be in the signature part though.

I want to know why at home the typing area is the whole screen - - at work there is alot of dark blue on both sides. Need to play with it this weekend.
