WOW!  You guys rock!  Robin I had no idea that you were travelin'parrothead from cruise critic!  And Nita you've been so nice to me since i first started posting on several of the boards.  So, thanks to both of you for taking the time to give me your opinions about my many many questions.

We are so very excited about our cruise.  We've passed the 14 day mark.  I think as I write this we are about 12 days, 18 hours, and 19 minutes away from our cruise....but who's counting?!?!  We're celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary and I've got just about everything planned.  Now I just need to get through the next couple of weeks at work and we'll be on our way.

Robin, we may have changed our mind in grand cayman and it's interesting that you mention you went to eden rock, because that's just what we may do.  I spoke someone and they hooked me up with a local dive rental shop near eden rock where we can rent gear and do a shore dive rigth there by ourselves!  Did you see a lot of divers around there?  I was told there are several tunnels and caves that you can dive there...should be interesting.

We are so excited about Roatan.  All the experienced divers we have talked to have raved about the diving there.  Jenette and I took a scuba refresher course just to be safe since it had been 5 years since our last dive.  I'm ready to get wet and see some amazing fish and reefs while we're there.  We ended up booking through a small shop at the Roatan Yatch and Dive club called Subway Water Sports.  Several people on the boards recomended them and after speaking with them I was very comfortable booking with them.  The price was very good as well,  I think we're paying about 50 dollars less than booking through ncl..  I've heard about the resort you went to...we even considered it before we decided to go diving there.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the cave tubing in Belize.  I've heard nothing but great things about that excursion!!  I can't wait.  It sounds so unique.  Question....was the water cold? Fill us in on what happened there when you get a few minutes to type it :)

In cozumel we are sort of up in the air.  I'm thinking of renting a car instead of diving and really getting a chance to explore the island.  I'm not sure what that would cost or if they ahve some sort of international drivers license required.  BUT, we are def going to Carlos and Charlie's and probably Senor Frogs.  I heard people get drunk and dance on their table and other such fun sports!  It really sounds like a hoot and should be a great time.  Not sure what else we'll do while we're there.  If anyone of you can give some suggestions that would rock!

I can't believe we're so close, but it still feels like it's forever away.  I've been going to the tanning salon, well acutally both of us have, to get a good base tan before the trip.  The wife has had me a pretty strict diet for about 5 weeks now and i've lost several inches which makes me feel much better.  We've both been going to the gym 4-5 times a week and feeling a lot stronger and ready to do some great diving!  Soon we'll be in paradise.  The wind really sounds like a great value for what we paid, so I'm excited.  I even put a little money aside so we can go to the casino every night and play a few hands of blackjack.

Thanks again for all the info to everyone.  Anyone else that can speak up for some great tips on grand cayman or cozumel....let's hear em!
