Is there still a health questionnaire?

Just want to make sure that there isn't still a health questionnaire that needs to be filled out. I see it talked about online but have not received anything. I am on the MSC Meraviglia departing October 6th.

There was none on HAL in April this year for sure, nor June 2023, if I recall correctly.
