Oh, I can relate! I was on a cruise once, and there was a medical emergency, too. They made an announcement for a doctor on board. It was a bit unsettling, but it's good to know they're prepared for emergencies. Moreover, my hubby is phlebotomist, as we decided that phlebotomy can be just a stepping stone to a great career in the medical field. So, if there weren't a doctor, he would have enough medical skills to help.
