Skip,Noone has BASHED YOU.All that anyone was saying was to give them a chance to fix it that is not bashing by anyones term. And once again I really think you should stop the e-mails and get on the phone and talk to a human.Computers only do so much.And you are right enough has been said and you will either take our suggestions or you won't. I for one will con tinue to sail Celebrity and love every minute of it and if I have any problems I will take my own advise and call. But I have been sailing with them for several years now problem free.Laurie :wave
