They also have a web site that will give you costs for several ins. companys and you can compare and purchase online. I just prefer to talk to a human. The president of the company called me back and found even better coverage than I had picked for only nine dollars more. 7night cruise, 2 adults and 2 kids = $163. Much better than 300+ Carnival was charging and better coverage.
