We were just on the Liberty, the newest sister to the up & coming Independence of the Seas, and yes, kids wandering the halls past 2am was a problem. There were so many of them and it happened so often, that I didn't get a lot of sleep. We were on the jr. suite/suite deck which is usually quieter than the lower decks, but it was during summer break. RCI is not good about enforcing a curfew, so I would just book during the school year and get a cabin that is at the end of a hallway so you have less people passing your cabin late at night (or I guess it would be morning! :lol ).
