I'm Off To Tunica In The Morning

My next door neighbor and I usually do a girl's trip to Tunica once a year. We missed it last year so we are waaaay overdue. We are leaving in the morning for a few days of gambling and southern hospitality. It is supposed to be 70 there on Sunday. I have been so cold I may just sit outside and soak up some warmth!
 
Have a safe trip and enjoy! I have a friend that goes there all the time. She has family in Memphis and they go on their way to visit.
 
I was going to ask where it was too! Thought it was some exotic beach place,lol! Happy gambling,win big!
 
Hubby and I just returned from Tunica. We always have fun there, that is why we go there quiet often. We usually do not win anything, but with the perks we have a real cheap get away. Enjoy and have a safe trip.

boy do I feel silly :dizzy ... when I read the topic I thought Tunica was the modern"new" way of spelling Tunisia...

Seems that all the countries and many cities have changed their spellings lately... ie. Bombay, Mumbai.... Peking, Beijing.

This is the exact type of trip we had. I didn't come home wealthy but the whole weekend was comped. I didn't lose as much as some other trips so I consider that a winning trip! LOL

We had to leave early though today because the weather is supposed to turn very bad with lots of sleet/snow. We got back a little while ago.
