Assume you will MORE than less. America has gone crazy. We feel that requiring a "raised seal" on a birth certificate will make us safer which leads us to the most dangerous saying in the country "Better Safe Than Sorry". What is scary is that people REALLY believe it when they say that.The reality is that bad guys can not only find a birth certificate with a "raised seal", but they also get fake passports just as easy. Such a shame that we give up freedoms for NOTHING.
