Thought it would be interesting to find out. :thumb We went on the Coral in 2004 and had a FANTASTIC time. There is sooo MUCH history to see on this cruise so start reading now gang. :dance

We have been lucky to have done 5 full transits and 3 partial trips through the "Big Ditch". It is always an enjoyable, but hot time!!! John & Priscilla

I spent a little time there (December 20th, 1989 - July 10th, 1990). Initially on the Pacific side; then, was down around Yaviza for my last couple months. Fun place. Will be nice to see it from a tourists point of view ...

Nope, never been, but have wanted to for many, many years. I can't wait to see all of the workings of the Canal.

I haven't been there yet, but there is always a first time. I will reading up about the canal before I go.

For some excellent reading, track down, "The Path Between the Seas" by David McCollough if you really want to know about the canal.
