How do I attach a video???

How do I attach a movie clip played with windows media player, to a post? It's a Sprite commercial that someone sent me by e-mail that is just about the cutest, most touching thing I've ever seen. It would have made a wonderful SuperBowl commercial!

Upload it to a video site such as YouTube and the copy and paste the embedded link onto a forum post here at Cruise Addicts.

You can also host it at Photobucket and post it here the same way you would post a photo. Or, just post the link and everyone can click on that. If you want, forward the link to my email and I will see what I can do. I had one the other day I wanted to post, but it was not able to be copied so I couldn't.
