Hospital bed on the cruise.

Called care vacations and special needs dept RCCL and now have arranged to have a hospital bed delivered to our room. Now he can raise and lower head and feet. AND I can reach him to dress him without bending over so far.

I'm Happy, I'm happy, I'm happy. :clap:

You can also get a recliner delivered. I kind of wondered if Maw did that. I know she uses her's at home.

Thanks Ann. I called today abt the recliner and I decided I would just take the money and buy me a new one for home. Maybe I will be lucky and can lay flat in bed the whole time.. You all would get a luagh out of how I have slept at times.

The services are great as supplied by CareVacations and know they do let many travel and be comfortable but for me their prices are just unreasonable. Just glad we bought our scooters. If needed can get oxygen from local med supply.

I am glad someone has devloped all these things to let us older people cruise and enjoy life more.
