Cruise Junkie lists all incidents of people going missing from ships and ferries since 1995. A lot of the cases in which a cause can be confirmed are suicides. According to this site the number has gone up from 9 in 2003 to 19 so far in 2006, the most recent just today as two are missing from the P&O Ferry Pride of Kent.
