Can anyone tell me who I can write to at RCCL to discuss a problem. Their website tells me several times a week that I have 2 FCC available. When I go to use them I am told that someone else used them. It makes no sense and I know that they are mine. Then I heard that you could transfer your FCC to some else with just a phone call. We did not but I believe that someone within the RCCL call center, an employee, must have transferred them to themselves or friends. I just want to contact someone in upper management who can be aware that this can happen.
