Would love to cruise back with Norwegian but because of a very unfortunate incident, which it was totally my fault, I've been banned for life for sailing again with Norwegian. I was so close to "sapphire" statues". I'm already at "platinum" and "gold" status with other cruise lines but it's not the same. I've tried to make amends with the Norwegian representatives but to no avail. Deeply regret the whole mess. Wish there was something I could do or say to repair the damage. Thank you and God bless!
