Finally got a chance to tell you we are having a fantabulous time aboard the Carnival Miracle!!
Today we are in not so sunny St. Thomas. It's been cloudy all day, with sporadic rain showers, but not enough to cancel any tours. We're docked at Havensight along with the Carnival Destiny, and the Granduer of the Seas is docked over at Crown Bay. Patti went downtown shopping, while the boys and I hopped on the Sea Blaster, and had an absolute blast!! Took us snorkling over at St. James island. where there is a snorkling trail, where all kinds of fish could be seen, and even a couple of stingrays stopped by to visit. Afterwards the pineapple rum punch was flowing freely, with extra rum added for even more fun!!!
Yesterday we were in San Juan. Patti and Kevin got off to walk around and do a little shopping, while Ryan and I stayed on board and had ping pong, miniature golf, and the pools all to ourselves!!
Had a great time on the two sea days down. there were some whitecaps, but just enough to create a nice rocking motion and make it GREAT for sleeping. Made the final table in the first blackjack tournament, but didn't win.
Made a lot of friends with the casino and bar staff, so those cruising on the Miracle in the near future will be well taken care of if you drop my name!! :grin
Speaking of which, I hear a mudslide calling my name!! =gulp Play nice everybody, and I'll try to check in one more time later this week. Tomorrow. we're at Grand Turk, which is a port I've never been too, so looking foward to that!!
E, the first round at Happy Hour tonight is on me!! :cheers
