I don't know why most travel agents don't tell their handicapped clients that there are some handicapped cabins available on all ships.I have seen many cruisers who are not handicapped assigned to handicapped cabins just because they were available.Many "special needs" seniors qualify for those cabins even if they are not using a wheel-chair.
