The problem with the Pinnacle -- they only allow so many people to eat there each night -- big dining area -- but all tables are never used every night. We were told that they allow no more than 70 people on any night. We have had troubles getting reservations on Alaskan, Canada/New England, Pan American cruises - not just the Caribbean. Thus we make the majority of our reservation before we cruise (and that won't qualify for the new 50% discount). I can't imagine what it is going to be like for the embarkation brunch -- considering that on all our cruises they have to have 2 Mariner's brunches to accommonadate everyone.
