guy , who sped 100mph kills teenager on bike, now suing for damages to his luxury car!

What a total jerk, idiot and unbelievable human being this guy is! The parents of the dead teen were thinking about how this guy must be so unearthed and devastated to have killed a young boy by his own fault and then he blows this on the poor parents! The guy is looking for about $30,000 in car damages and for the rental of another luxury car! Don't you feel so sorry for this "poor" guy??

I don't know a thing about Spanish law. Yet, after reading the article that ShipMaven posted, I don't see how someone going 100 mph could have stopped even if the victim had been wearing "reflective clothing or a helmet."

Also Lisa...with the guy going 100mph, that boy probably never saw the guy coming! There's no doubt in my mind that jerk was 100% guilty of manslaughter. and to keep it into the 100 number, he should be thrown in jail for 100 years!
