We've only been on two cruises, both HAL, both on the Zaandam. Both were booked late, like ten days before. The first was through a travel agent, and the second directly through HAL.Each time we booked a guarantied BC,(veranda) and both times were upgraded nicely. The second time, (through HAL) we got an A midship - 6176.
