We have rooms on the Grand Princess on the Lido Deck. My husband and I have balcony rooms(BA)while the kids are across the hall with inside rooms(II). My question is while looking at a floor plan of the rooms tonight my daughter noticed that there is a middle hallway. So does this mean that the kids doors to their rooms are not directly across the hall from us???

The doors on the inside cabin will be across the hall from yours. That passage between the rows of inside cabins is inaccessible by passengers.

It depends on what cabins you're talking about. If you're talking about the balcony cabin being L256-L202 or L259-L201, then yes, the inside cabin will be directly across from your balcony cabin.

The private hallways on the Lido Deck are for L301 to L-307 and L-302 to L308. We had L-302 and loved the private hallway because it kept down the noise level of people walking by.

The Lido Deck is a GREAT location, IMO. The pools, Horizon Court, pizza, burgers & fries are so close! This was our 3rd time on the Grand just 2 months ago and I think I liked our Lido Deck location better than any of the other locations we've had. :)

Thanks so much for the info. We were on the LIDO deck on the Carnival Conquest and for us it was the most convient to everything and great for the kids.

Sure! I think my youngest son wore a pattern in the carpet from our cabin to the pizza! :lol :lol
