We are considering booking the Grand Princess out of Galveston in February. I have previously read that the outside of the balcony stateroom decks are stepped as you go up the ship. It was noted that if you are on lower balcony decks..that those above you can look down over your balcony. Can anyone suggest best balcony decks for the G.P?We would like to book the lowest balcony cabin grade possible. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
