Good Morning Afters. Did you remember to turn your clocks ahead? =cuckoo It is cold but clear here. I have a mission today to dig out the side of the driveway before those weeds take root. And, I need to trim my mums back and move those pots to the back for the summer. The grass seed has gone down twice already and hopefully it will germinate with the warm/cold snow showery month we have in March.

Nascar on the Agenda today Go # 88 Junior! I'm about to make meatballs and let them slurp for the day with Italian sausage for dinner.

Don't forget we lost an hour of sleep so a nap is on the agenda, although the experts say we shouldn't nap today to let our bodies adjust. What do the experts know anyway? 8-)

I hope with all the bad weather in Ohio that Donna makes it home today! I bet the airports are backed up from yesterday. Welcome Home Donna.

Well everyone have a great day. As usual the weekend flies by way too fast.

Mornin' BostonsJ and to all C@'s from around the world. I am still under the weather and will be doing Nothing today but hanging on the couch, in the bed, and at the computer. Ha!! I have the energy of a gnat, my ears are clogged and I am sneezing my head off. But at least my lungs aren't on fire today. That is a good thing!!!

Happy Sunday!!!

Good morning! We've got laundry going, and I need to do some work around the house, otherwise not too much shaking here!

As an aside, you may want to check out Elliott's caring bridge page, as it sounds like there are more tests in store for the young man. What a battle that family is waging. Prayers going out to them!

Take care and play safe, all!

BJ my body clock is still on old time so moving slow today. Gotta finish the cruise washing and put away. Next week is is time to try to do some house cleaning and tossing. Don't realize how cluttered house gets until I return from a cruise. Think Paw felt same way he worked in the bedroom last two days tossing things and rearranging drAwers. He was moving from top drawers to lower drawers the things he uses regular. eed to keep active and moving more anyway. We will watch race and probably grill some chicken. Paw wanted to cook navy beans but none in cabinet. Have a great ham bone in to add to it Tomorrow or Tuesday for sure.

Thanks BostonsJ - help is on the way as my doctor is calling me in a z-pack and some new type of cough medicine.
I explained my symptoms and he said this is what I need. Yippee!!

is it time to go to bed?? ..:grin I am churning laundry, and just finished stripping, and making the bed.. DD Twin Jessica will be here tonight.headed back to Syracuse tomorrow...but she and Poppa get Pot Roast hash for supper.... and I simply will be baking chicken, and having green beans.and cook brocolli... it's given that Mark will not forgo the hash as it's about his favorite "leftover " meal I concoct.. and we have our final bowling for a month tonight with best friends Gary, and Marie..so that's my agenda. in slow mo too..:grin..

Oh and I need to organise packing, and fit in a nap ,and ,and... so it's low key for sure, and Napcar/Nascar on

it's sunny but not a fab day..snow is in slow melt but we have so much left..:(..wind is whistling out there too..

prayers, and good thoughts for all the sick folks out there..:daisy..Joanne

Dh and I are still in Florida having a nice visit with sister in laws we fly home on Wed March 12,2008

Ahoy there Afters. I am finally able to take a break. Three grandkids have been keeping us hopping around here. Just fed them lunch and they are now watching a movie. Got the roast in the oven, the creamed spinach put together. Just have to scrub and cut up the potatoes. We were going to make a cake for DD (chocolate/w chocolate) but discovered I used up all the eggs. Didn't have time to bake the cake by the time Leatherneck got back from the store...so she is getting a store cake. It's sunny but cool today. I let the grands go out and play in the yard with strict instructions to stay away from the creek and wet areas of yard. Yep, they didn't listen. Luckily only shoes got wet...they are all drying in the sun on the deck.

Not much else happening. I am dreading the alarm going off in the morning at 3:50 a.m as it has been over 2 weeks since we've had to get up at that ungodly hour.....oh the sacrifices we make to be able to cruise :lol Y'all have a good day.
